2008 National Healthy Homes Conference
In September 2008, Solutions provided full conference facilitation on behalf of the HUD Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes for the National Healthy Homes Conference in Baltimore, Maryland. A total of 1,253 people attended one or more days of the Conference, which was co-sponsored by the U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Additionally, 49 public and private sector organizations exhibited in the conference exhibition/trade show.
Solutions was responsible for all technical and logistical requirements, including but not limited to contracting with local hotels for guest room blocks, meeting spaces, and audio-visual equipment; handling exhibitor registrations and drayage; providing on-site registration; coordinating with presenters, including national and local dignitaries; and developing and producing the conference program guide.
A total of 1,253 people attended one or more days of this conference.
