David Marker
Senior Program Analyst
David Marker, PhD, Senior Program Analyst, is an environmental scientist and senior statistician with 40 years of experience in project management, quality control and improvement, survey evaluation, and data analysis. He has worked on studies in the fields of housing, the environment, and social services. He has assisted HUD in studies since the 1980s. Formerly at Westat, Dr. Marker was the co-principal investigator responsible for developing the sample design, sampling, weighting the data, assisting in model development, and authoring analytic reports for the National Survey of Lead and Allergens in Homes. He has published over 20 peer-reviewed articles and three book chapters.
