Michelle Harvey, Chief Operating Officer, oversees human resources, communications, operations, vendors and contracts, and IT management. Ms. Harvey has over 20 years of experience in setting and implementing organizational strategy, creating organizational budgets, structures, systems, and workflows. Ms. Harvey previously worked with Community Preservation and Development Corporation in the capacity of operations manager, where she played a leading role in managing facilities, materials, and personnel.
